(CSGP)

The Community Service Grant Program (CSGP) is part of the federal No Child Left Behind Act that authorized the Safe and Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act.  The goal of the CSGP is to engage students in meaningful community service activities to strengthen their social skills, teach them the values of service to others and to their community, and help them avoid negative behaviors.

 

                                         This regional grant provides services to the 10 county Capital Region:
                                                                              Alpine, Colusa, El Dorado, Placer, Nevada, Sacramento, Sierra, Sutter, Yolo and Yuba
